We were looking for a delicious coffee and breakfast restaurant in downtown Vancouver, when our dear tour guide and also my best friend marched us across the city to Nelson the Seagull for the most delicious cappuccinos accompanied by poached eggs served on fresh baked sour dough.
Already full from the extra massive breakfast, all I could do was look at the croissants and desserts behind the glass.
All of their thick and airy sour dough is made on the premise in the visible bakery – so you know you are getting it fresh.
